Aircrete Building Blocks – Aircrete Product Range

Looking for a building block that’s tough enough to resist flames, frost, water and sulphate?  Want something lightweight and load-bearing for a super-fast build? Must it be versatile and adaptable to suit an innovative, eco-friendly design? Do you need it to provide great thermal and acoustic insulation? How about using the same material for foundations, ground floor, beam and block floors, cavity walls and solid walls? And do you demand a dedicated personal service, comprehensive technical support, free UK delivery and all-round excellence in quality, innovation and value?

AZoBuild - Building Technology "H+H Celcon lightweight aircrete (aerated concrete) building blocks".

Celcon’s Wide Range of Quality Aircrete Products

Celcon manufactures a wide range of quality aircrete products, available in a variety of grades and dimensions, and all conforming to BS 6073. This is the excellence of Celcon aircrete.

Celcon Standard and Hi-Strength Block

Celcon Standard and Hi-Strength block is principally used in wall constructions, above and below DPC, with thicknesses up to 250mm. Combining strength, moisture resistance and high thermal efficiency, it is the natural choice for cavity, solid, internal and party walls.

Celcon Foundation Block

Celcon Foundation block is primarily used for solid wall constructions below DPC. It combines strength with excellent thermal performance and is BBA certificated for use below DPC in most conditions.

Celcon Solar and Super Solar Block

Solar and Super Solar block are principally used in inner skins of external cavity and solid walls, where enhanced thermal performance is required.

Celcon Flooring Block

Flooring block is for use as an infill within proprietary beam and block domestic flooring systems.

Celcon Plus and Jumbo Plus Blocks

Plus and Jumbo Plus blocks are produced with the latest technology, offering a high degree of dimensional accuracy with sharp arrises, which make them ideal for use with Celfix mortar.

Produced from the same material and suitable for the same applications as conventional sized Celcon blocks they offer similar advantages: strength, light weight, thermal performance, sound insulation, fire resistance, durability, moisture resistance, workability, productivity and ease of fixing.

Plus and Jumbo Plus blocks are made to a size of 610 x 215mm and 610 x 270mm respectively (normal format is 440 x 215mm).
