Eastbrook
Homes received Eliant awards in several categories at the 2006 National
Roundtable on Homebuyer Satisfaction held in Anaheim in October. The Eliant,
previously called the Homebuyers' Choice Award, recognizes a company's outstanding
efforts in customer service, reliability and product quality. A Top-10 finish
places a firm in elite company as one of the top performers among reputable
builders across the country.
Eliant is the largest consumer research company catering exclusively to the
building industry. Eliant is recognized as the building industry's leading provider
of new home customer experience management and satisfaction monitoring services.
They conduct homebuyer surveys for over 430 builders nationwide a total of three
times after closing on issues relative to sales, construction, selection, quality
and overall satisfaction.
The Eastbrook Team ranked 2nd in both Overall Quality and Highest Referral
Rate based upon completed homebuyer surveys and was also recognized in these
additional areas:
- 3rd in home readiness
- 4th in finance/closing experience
- 4th in overall customer service experience
- 7th in construction experience
- 9th in personalization experience
"Information gathered by Eliant in this trio of closing surveys is passed
along to our Eastbrook team on a regular basis to help us continually improve
the way we service our customers" says Bob Sorensen, Eastbrook Corporate
Development President. "We keep our customers at the forefront of everything
we do and we're excited to learn through this independent survey that they acknowledge
our dedication."
