Brandman University’s Nursing Simulation Center Renovation Project Completed by LCS Constructors

LCS Constructors, (LCS) declared completion of the 14,000 sq.ft. renovation project for the Nursing Simulation Center of Brandman University. The project comprised reconstruction of the adjacent office area and the renovation of the second floor’s North Wing, which presently has a high-tech nursing simulation laboratory.

This project included the building of hospital grade nursing simulation stations and associated teaching areas to assist the Brandman's nursing course in an active academic institute with on-going classes. It was essential to co-ordinate carefully with Brandman's facilities team in order to make sure that any MEP cutovers or shutdowns will not get in the way of classes, and interference with operations was reduced during the entry or exit of construction equipment and personnel.

It involves training and hiring craftsmen to fix the entire plumbing and furniture work of laboratories including casework and fume hoods, with safely as its priority.
