Single-Family Homes Now Available at Richland Greene

NVR, a company concerned with mortgage banking and homebuilding declares the completion of the single family homes- based construction at Richland Greene in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Constructed by NVR's Ryan Homes division, these are the economical new single-family homes in Bucks County. Richland Greene recently declared the inauguration of their grand Milan model home.

Located in Bucks County, which is one of the most desirable areas, Richland Greene provides a valuable opening by offering spacious homes. It is well-located with convenient features like speedy access to commuter routes 309 and 78, Pennsylvania Turnpike. In addition, it also provides access to entertainment, dining and shopping.

These new Ryan Homes offer up to 5 bedrooms and up to 2 1/2 baths and each provided with a garage that can accommodate two cars. Furthermore, exclusive features including brushed nickel designer lighting fixtures and door hardware, walk-out basements, Timberlake cabinetry, G.E. appliances, and large walk-in closets make this building out-standing. Other customization options include ceramic tile flooring, morning rooms, extensive hardwood, granite kitchen countertops and gourmet prep islands, fireplaces, and even more.

Similar to all other new Ryan Homes, the Richland Greene buildings are also labeled with ENERGY STAR. According to EPA, it generates monthly utility bills up to 30% lower than the standard homes.

NVR functions in two business segments mortgage banking and homebuilding. The homebuilding unit constructs and retails homes under trade names such as the Fox Ridge Homes, Ryan Homes, Rymarc Homes and NVHomes, that operates in 15 states, and in 27 metropolitan areas.
