Tropical Roofing Products to Provide Roof Maintenance System to Miami-Dade County

US-based manufacturer of roofing products and solutions, Tropical Roofing Products has announced that it will provide its Roof Maintenance Coating System to Miami-Dade County.

Before granting approval to Tropical Roofing Products, Miami-Dade County carried out various tests including third party testing.

The coating system is usually tested as a complete package instead of individual products. An approval to implement the complete system enables the contractor and the municipality to go through the permission process easily. According to the President of Tropical Roofing Products Richard Zegelbone contractors do not need to acquire separate approvals for each product that is used on the job. Instead they can submit the entire roof maintenance coating system for approval. Tropical Roofing Products has been involved in the business of manufacturing industrial and commercial roofing materials for the past 50 years.

Richard Zegelbone concluded that the company is glad to be counted among the very few roof coating manufacturers who have received approval for a total roof maintenance coating system.
