US-based Standard Pacific Homes has launched new home designs at the opening of Arbor Rose in San Mateo. The Arbor Rose community is located on the Peninsula at a short distance from downtown San Mateo. The new design features 12 new town homes and single homes.

The design at Arbor Rose includes townhomes containing three stories covering areas ranging from 945 sq. ft. to 1,575 sq. ft. It also features single family accommodations in cottage styles spanning 1,285 sq. ft. to 1,501 sq. ft. These homes also include single or two car garages, up to three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Each home includes a Great Room that gels with the dining area and the kitchen and also maintains connectivity between each room. The Arbor Rose community provides easy access to CA-92 and US-101. It is also surrounded by biking and walking paths and provides close access to activities such as premier shopping, boating and golfing. Buyers who are interested can visit the community to gain a first hand look at the designs.
