A modular general contractor, M SPACE is offering 34,000 sq. ft. of modular classroom space to the Williston School District with regard to increased population growth in North Dakota

The installation of modular buildings will be carried out in two sites. Eight classrooms will be constructed in Williston High School facility while McVay Elementary School will receive 24 classrooms. The buildings are anticipated to be completed by July 30 and will be ready for accommodation during fall 2012-2013 school year.

Following the oil boom in Western North Dakota, Williston School District has shown substantial economic expansion. New reports state that North Dakota leads Alaska in oil production, leading to population growth and additional space requirement in surrounding schools.

According to the M SPACE President and Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Deutschendorf, the firm is delighted to carry out the Williston expansion project. With the execution of project, around 32 modular classrooms will be added to the Williston School District. By reducing congestion, it will create a productive educational environment. In addition, M SPACE will assist other residential and commercial projects within the Williston/Bakken region.

As a nationwide modular general contractor, M SPACE provides efficient and expertise custom designs, construction methods, and integrated solutions. M SPACE provides dedicated service to an extensive range of industries such as housing with permanent and temporary, new and pre-leased, and custom and traditional buildings.
