Peldon Rose Secures Building Contract for Aker Solutions’s Engineering Hub

The contract to design and fit-out a 1700-strong engineering hub in Chiswick Park, London for Aker Solutions has been secured by Peldon Rose Workplace Consultants. This is one of the largest contracts given to the UK and it will cover the entire Building 6 at Chiswick Park.

Last November, a workspace of 25,000 sq. ft. was provided by Peldon Rose for the Norwegian oil and gas company. This was carried out as part of Peldon Rose’s re-entry into the UK market. 1700 personnel and up to 200 customer representatives will be housed in the new offices. Administrative staff, specialist engineers and specialist engineers will be a part of the 1700 personnel.

Peldon Rose will be working side by side with the building developer in order to fit-out floors as the construction for the building continues. Aker Solutions has decided to word in great speed in order to complete this project within the next 18 months

David Cameron, Prime Minister of the UK, appreciated Aker Solutions for the new hub that would boost UK’s economy and highlight the professionalism, expertise and skill of UK’s engineering sector.

Workplaces for a wide range of organizations and companies are designed and built by Peldon Rose. These organizations and companies include Baker Hughesn and Tullow Oil located at Chiswick Park. The Tullow Oil contract was considered as one of the largest design and build projects in 2010 in the UK.

Peldon Rose has small and large companies as its clients, which include Stella McCartney, Save the Children International, Google, World Gold Council and Lloyds.
