DeckWise has added a new variety of tiles called hardwood deck tiles to its product line as part its initiative to expand the company’s product line by introducing new commodities other than those traditionally produced by the company.
DeckWise decided to include the deck tiles in its “starting lineup” of a range of product choices because of the increasing popularity of the deck tiles also known as portable decking, pre-installed decking and instant decking.
Tigerwood, ipe and cumaru are hardwoods that are in great demand from all over the world and they are considered to be luxurious. The catalog of the new hardwood deck tiles is made up of these three hardwoods. Tigerwood and cumaru have smooth surfaces and similar dimensions that include 20 x 20 in with a thickness of 1.18 in. Ipe has two sizes that include 20 x 20 in with a thickness of 1.18 in that is available with an anti-slip and smooth surface and the next size is 24 x 24 in with a thickness of 1.69 in with a smooth surface.
Jeffrey Horn, COO of DeckWise which is a division of The Ipe Clip Fastener Company LLC, stated that DeckWise not only provides its customers with a wide range of high-quality products but it also provides decking tiles that have a portability function. This function allows homeowners and tenants to place the tiles on their patio and take the tiles with them as they move in an easy manner. Horn further stated that the decking tiles will enhance the appearance of damaged and old patios and other structural defects by providing the unattractive and damaged areas with a luxurious appearance.
