In an annual survey conducted by the US Geological Survey (USGS), H&K Group has been listed in the 21st position among the nation’s 100 crushed stone producers.

Producers are listed in terms of their annual tonnage production. This is the third time that the company has been listed among the top 25 crushed stone producers of the country.
The survey also establishes that H&K Group is the third largest manufacturer of crushed stone which is headquartered in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is the second largest in terms of crushed stone output after Texas. However Pennsylvania is ranked first in production of quartzite and sandstone which are used for construction aggregate, decorative stones and railroad ballast.
H&K Group operates more than 30 quarries in Pennsylvania. It also operates sand and gravel pits as well as railroad offload stone facilities in New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. The crushed stone aggregate products are used for various commercial applications such as highways, buildings, roads and bridges and residential applications such as pathways, driveways, patio foundations and sheds.
The company owns a large fleet of tri-axle haul trucks and interstate trailers and trucks and provides various services such as paving, excavating, site contracting and demolition work. It also provides construction materials like ready-mix concrete, asphalt and crushed stone.
