The Dorsey Hall model homes complex for small families built by Ryan Homes, the residence construction division of NVR, was inaugurated at Cannon Crossing in Concord, North Carolina. NVR, which has housing and mortgage businesses, runs its housing construction operations under banners such as Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Fox Ridge Homes.

The Dorsey Hall homes are a great option for persons on the lookout to buy suburban houses and offer buyers accessibility to Huntersville and Concord areas. The homes are affordably-priced. The residential model has various custom-made amenities such as an additional bedroom, morning room and study. The ground floor comprises a state-of-the-art kitchen with a central island, an elegant dining room, walk-in larder, spacious family room and an extra room which can be opted for. The upper floors includefour large bedrooms, a hall bath and laundry room. The owner’s suite entered through double doors has dual closets, a private bath with two vanities, a bath tub in the corner and a big shower.

The Cannon Crossing property is within walking distance of a bank, grocery store, coffee shop and other shopping and eating places. The common facilities also have a clubhouse and a large swimming pool. As with other Ryan Homes, the ones at Cannon Crossing are also validated by Energy Star, which indicates that the monthly utility bills would be lower than normal constructions by about 30%, as per EPA. Ryan Homes also offer a 10-year structural warranty and are also re-checked by an external expert.
