On 11.72 acres of Jacksonville, Florida’s Southside/JTB corridor, the Morgan Group, a private organization that specializes in luxury city residential construction and management, has begun buildinga 240-unit class A apartment complex.
The three-story luxury apartment complex, a combination of one and two bedroom units of approximately 953 sq. ft each, is called The Terrace and is located at the Town Center. It is meant to be utilized by young professionals who work along the JTB corridor and their families. The facilities provided include an internet lounge, sophisticated swimming pool, grilling stations, a dog park, demo kitchen, modern and equipped workout center and residents’ room. The entire area covering various facilities will be equipped with WiFi connectivity. The Morgan Group will manage the functioning of the complex when the first of the residents occupy the premises, supposedly in December 2012.
Mike Morgan, Chairman and CEO of the Morgan Group, points out the benefits offered by The Terrace as it lies adjacent to the Arelia Phase I property, which is also jointly owned and managed by the Morgan Group. The success of that property also heralds success for The Terrace more so because of its nearness to an important employment region of Jacksonville, the Southside/JTB corridor, besides eateries, shopping and entertainment facilities at a distance commutable by walk and located in St John’s Town Center.
