Warmington to Build New Luxury Homes in Ladera Ranch

Rancho Mission Viejo has roped in Warmington Residential California of Costa Mesa, California, to develop a new locality within the gated community of Covenant Hills in Ladera Ranch of south Orange County.

The Legacy Collection is now previewing from the Covenant Hills Sales Gallery at 63 Bell Pasture Road in Ladera Ranch.

The Legacy Collection will include 28 upscale mostly single-story residences on four lanes at the west end of the custom lot area of Covenant Hills. The houses will vary from 3041 to 4159 sq. ft and some will have a choice of a second floor casita for visitors or family, an additional room for home entertainment and games or a loft-casita-bedroom combination. The price would start from $1 millions.

Matt Tingler, Executive Vice President of Warmington, stated that the homes would accentuate the high quality of the surroundings, backed by exquisite designs, and embody an upscale lifestyle with plenty of aesthetic open spaces and many other distinguished attributes. The development plan was concretized as south Orange County has no options for those who choose to live in spacious single-floor homes with plenty of space between homes. Nearly half of the sites are located on raised cul-de-sac avenues that offer a widespread view of the San Juan Valley.

The early customers would have the luxury of personalizing the interiors of their chosen floorplan to suit their individual requirements with the guidance of the expert design team of Warmington. Building of two model homes will commence soon and the project would be ready for inauguration during fall. The Legacy Collection can be previewed at the Covenant Hills Sales Gallery at 63 Bell Pasture Road in Ladera Ranch.

Warmington has built many residences in Ladera Ranch and the earliest company gained a reputation as the “homebuilder to the stars”.
