Elan Town Center is a joint apartment construction venture by Greystar and Resmark Apartment Living, a division of The Resmark Companies, a full-service real estate investment advisor.
The project will feature 134 apartments in six stories of city mixed-used development, at 16355 Cleveland Street, with proximity to retail outlets and eateries at the Redmond Town Center, besides being near the Marymoor Park.
Elan Town Center is also next to Redmond Regional Connector, a biking and walking trail of 27 miles that will be interspersed with sculptures and paved public plazas, which will bridge Old Town with Redmond Town Center on completion. People living in Elan Town Center will benefit from a wide array of facilities such as exercise and yoga studio and retail stores, eateries and convenience shops on the ground floor of the building covering 7735 sq. ft. The project will be supported by various green-building features that will acquire LEED authentication for it. It will comprise studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments covering about 872 sq.ft each, with high roofs and the latest fixtures for the kitchen. Subterranean parking facilities will help the residents and visitors.
A senior executive of Greystar is of the opinion that it is the best choice for people who are looking for surroundings for walking and who also opt for contemporary city facilities. The venture is near many top companies of America and provides comfortable access to important roads and highways. Thirteen apartments are set aside for families with moderate earnings. Elan Town Center is the brainchild of the architects of Weber Thomson with Compass Construction serving as the general contractor.
