Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS) brings to light its plans for expanding its office in Plano, Texas. MCS preserves properties, conducts inspections, and provides REO property maintenance for the financial services sector in the country.
The MCS office which now extends over 30,000 sq.ft will be augmented by another 15,000 sq.ft in its second floor. A few weeks back the company declared the inclusion of a third operational site in Ruston, Louisiana, as an accompaniment to its offices in Tampa and Plano. The Plano office inaugurated in 2007 was the second MCS site and the current venture is the second expansion in Plano. The expansion in Plano will provide for the intended expansion of the company and will offerinstant space for upcoming advancements. The expansion work is finished and hiring to fill the new positions is going on. The Plano office was built to increase MCS’s national presence by offering more resources and total time zone coverage to its clients.
In only 5 years, the office has become very essential to the operations of MCS, pushing the company forward to obtain complete workforce, facility and data redundancies in order to maintain maximum recovery from calamities and business continuity abilities. Caroline Reaves, CEO of Mortgage Contracting Services, expresses the strong need to continue preparing for future development by making sure that the organization has the capacity to handle what the future brings, which includes more than making space. Every growth of the organization is with the intent to provide better services to the customers, the communities and surroundings where they exist and work in with intent to preserve and safeguard.
