Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking has built an outdoor entertainment deck measuring 800 sq.ft for the NW Natural Street of Dreams. The main component of the deck was Azek Deck PVC decking, which is structured to minimize the deficiencies of wood and composite decks.

The external party area includes a catering service and sound system and can be rented for private get-togethers during the Street of Dreams. Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking, also a sponsor of Portland’s yearly tour of high-end residences, also built a smaller deck for the ticket booth of the event. NW Natural Street of Dreams exhibits seven new made-to-order residences ranging from $90,000 to $1.1 million this year.
The tour is on from 11 am to 8 pm at The Vineyard at West Linn and attracts about 60,000 visitors yearly. The tickets are priced at $15 for adults and $10 for children and admission for those below 3 years is free of charge. The various attributes of Azek Deck are the following: resistance against stain, scratch, splitting, and mold and mildew; sturdiness and long life; coverage of limited lifetime warranty; and impenetrability by water and insects. Rick Stanley, owner of Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking, says that their establishment wanted to make an outdoor entertainment space as stunning as the homes of NW Natural Street of Dreams and hence selected Aztek Decking, which is the latest in sturdy, long-lasting and low-maintenance decking options.
