Lancaster Homes has proclaimed the inauguration of Phase II of Candlelight Place, a progressive community in the Oak Forest region only a few minutes away from downtown Houston. Lancaster Homes is a family-owned and managed establishment of Houston home builders. The new development of Phase II includes 14 more acres in the existing Candlelight Place.

Colette Franz, Operations and Sales Manager at Lancaster Homes, expressed excitement at the chance to construct more new houses in this sought-after deed-restricted neighborhood. With all the houses sold in Phase I, the team is all set to move on to Phase II. Franz added that in Candlelight Place, residents can enjoy all the advantages of security and living in the suburbs without the hassle of the daily travel and informed further that the in-house team of architects will help buyers to customize the design and add personal concepts and later the family at Lancaster Homes will construct the home for the buyers’ families.

Taking into account how sought-after the new neighborhood is, Franz has no doubts that the new residences will get reserved quickly enough. According to her, Phase II residences will have a different design for each plot to best utilize that piece of land. Living space in the houses will be anywhere from 3500 to 5500 sq. ft.

In total, Candlelight Place Phase I and Phase II together add up to 22 ac in the Oak Forest/Garden Oak neighborhood. In Phase I, Lancaster Homes constructed 46 residences spread over 8 ac. With the promotion of Phase II, the number of residences in Candlelight Place will go up to 68.
