Owens Corning Roofing and Asphalt has unveiled a new range of shingle samples. The new variety of samples has been designed to meet the specific needs of contractors, thereby expediting and simplifying the sales process for professionals and clients.

A clear vinyl sleeve safely and elegantly houses the new samples to avoid messy granule loss, preventing the use of staples that impact the surfaces in homes. The sleeves function to keep the samples safe from natural wear and tear that is habitual during storage and every day use.

According to Owens Corning Roofing and Asphalt contractor services leader, Matt Lawver, Owens Corning Roofing receives feedback from its customers on a regular basis that enables introducing the design and development of new products and services for catering to the demands of customers. Development of tool that will benefit both the contractor and the proprietor surpasses the traditional sample board approach.

With 80% less weight than traditional sample boards, the reinvented shingle samples can be positioned inside an optional portable case. The package is a light and organized sales kit that can be easily carried by contractors. A wide variety of shingle colors and options can be easily transported from the office or truck to its destinations.

The Owens Corning ProConnect Resource center now offers new shingle samples and the sample case to a specific group of leading roofing contractors, Owens Corning Roofing Platinum Preferred Contractors. Additionally, the sample orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
