MainStreet Property Group, an organization dedicated to promote, construct and manage monumental multi-use real estate structures, has proclaimed the commencement of construction of an apartment complex at Bothell in Washington. This undertaking further embellishes the aim of the Downtown Realization Plan of the City of Bothell and MainStreet Properties.

The 115-apartment complex, The 104, is a city-style undertaking that will contain portions in the size range of 660-1200 sq. ft. The complex is near the campuses of the Cascadia Community College and University of Washington Bothell. It is also close to various employment destinations such as T-Mobile and Spectrum Networks, Cascadia Community College, and Google and various shopping, entertainment and dining stops besides is near public transportation that caters to the City of Bothell. The venture expected to be completed by 2013 has the Dahlin Group as the architect and WG Clark Construction as the general contractor.
According to the City Manager at the City of Bothell, Bob Stowe, The 104 venture improves the city-to-campus linkage and will definitely find the superior improvements in Downtown Bothell, The Cascadia Community College and the University of Washington Bothell very advantageous.
The apartments at The 104 will offer to its occupants an array of facilities such as the community Wi-Fi room equipped with a fireplace, a fitness lounge with the latest equipment, panoramically designed courtyard porches and decks, an outdoor fireplace, a high-security key card access, good parking spaces and pet-friendly environs. The interiors of The 104 apartments will be adorned with open floor concepts that allow in maximum natural light, high-speed Wi-Fi connections, power-saving fixtures, and contemporary interiors with high-end countertops, walk-in wardrobes and stainless steel appliances.
