Barrette Outdoor Living, Inc. (BOL) announces the acquisition of Alumi-Guard, Inc., located in Brooksville, Florida. This acquisition will allow Barrette to expand their manufacturing and logistics presence within a strategic manufacturing and marketing location. In turn, Alumi-Guard will benefit from Barrette's manufacturing and capital infrastructure and incomparable resources in order to pursue their rapid growth plans.
