Acrylic Structural Adhesive

Permabond has released V5004, a new two-part toughened acrylic structural adhesive.

V5004 combines structural strength with ultra-rapid bonding in convenient cartridges. A self mixing nozzle allows for no fuss 1:1 ratio mixing.

The mixed adhesive is nonstringing and has excellent flow characteristics making it ideal for manual and automated use. It is also flexible and suitable for bonding dissimilar materials such as metals, glass, ceramics, composites, plastics and wood.

V5004 is ideal for replacing superglues where high bond strength and rapid cure are required.
