This spring and summer, design lovers and prospective home buyers will have four opportunities to tour stunning modern Blu Homes properties and discover inspiration to bring their own "dream home" to life, thanks to the launch of the "Design Smart, Live Beautifully" Home Tour, presented by Real Simple and This Old House.

Blu Homes partners with Real Simple and This Old House for the 2014 Dream Home (PRNewsFoto/Blu Homes, Inc.)
The tour, featuring homes built in New York and California by Blu® Homes, Inc. ("Blu"), America's leading provider of premium prefab homes, will give home design and architecture fans a unique opportunity to explore Blu's luxury-quality, award-winning design. During the tour, participants across the country will also have the opportunity to attend private design seminars, where they can learn more about Blu's revolutionary approach to integrating award winning design and premium green building.
In August, the home tour culminates with the unveiling of the Real Simple and This Old House "2014 L.A. Dream Home" in the Agoura Hills neighborhood of L.A.
The "Design Smart, Live Beautifully" Home Tour features four separate opportunities to tour Blu homes:
- April 26, 27; May 3, 4, 10: Breezehouse® on Mare Island, CA
- April 26: Breezehouse® in Copake, NY
- June 2014 (dates TBA): Sidebreeze® in Healdsburg, CA
- August & September 2014 (dates TBA): "2014 L.A. Dream Home", a Breezehouse® in Agoura Hills, CA
Tour dates and details for all events can be found on the Blu Homes events page, with events running from mid-April through September. Blu Homes has partnered with interior design firm Monogram Decor to outfit the Mare Island Breezehouse for the tour. Other design partners and promotions will be revealed soon.

The "Design Smart, Live Beautifully" Home Tour coincides with the launch of the 2014 model of Blu's award-winning Breezehouse. The new 2014 Breezehouse is packed with luxurious features, including an even more spacious and open floor plan, soaring ceilings, new luxurious bathroom and kitchen options, and an upgrade to an extended Breezespace that expands the home to just over 3,000 square feet.
