Lazzoni, the international maker of sleek, contemporary furniture, announced today that its Paramus, N.J., store has completed a prestigious apartment-staging project in Edgewater, N.J.
Lazzoni, which previously staged select high-end homes in Manhattan, has now completed a number of apartments in The Pearl, www.thepearlnj.com, a recently renovated building on the Hudson River.
"Lazzoni furnished everything from the larger pieces to the small accessories, transforming The Pearl's apartments with elegance, simplicity, and a modern look befitting these newly refurbished homes," said Lazzoni's Paramus Store Manager, Fulya Can, who headed the effort. Originally involving a single apartment, the project quickly expanded to multiple units after its initial success.
Staging high-end apartments in metropolitan areas has become a focus for Lazzoni US, whose CEO, Efe Kababulut, chaired the successful Bisnow "Residence of the Future" event last month. It's a natural outgrowth of the company's customized designs for client homes.
"We're expanding our apartment staging in neighborhoods that fit with the Lazzoni client," Kababulut said. "This venue lets us showcase the adaptability and quality of our brand for potential customers who might not have been introduced previously."
For individuals, realtors, and developers, Lazzoni has a sliding price scale, depending on the project. Each Lazzoni showroom already offers a complimentary design specialist who can assist in staging its more than 100 products, and the staging service will be based in Paramus, where Can organized the signature project at The Pearl.
