A £200,00 contract was awarded to ARM Buildings to supply and install specialist wall panels for this major residential and commercial re-development scheme in the heart of Manchester.
The £6 million project in Great Ducie Street involves the renovation of an existing mill, previously a Rolls Royce showroom, and the addition of a new structure to form an L-shaped block, known as the Beaumont Building. It will provide a retail area and six floors of stylish apartments.
Laminated closed cell panel construction.
Thermally efficient and airtight.
External cladding – Rainscreen, vertical tile system and flat stainless steel.
Reduced site erection times, using ARM’s “Design Build” laminated panel systems.
Replace the need for brick/block walls – reduce wet-trades.
Rapid dry envelope.
