Describes the fire safety engineering incorporated in the new Terminal 3 at Changi Airport in Singapore. Notes the fire risks associated with the various spaces and materials. A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was used to simulate smoke movement, and an evacuation model was used to model the evacuation of people.
