Denmark releases HFC phase-out proposal for public consultation


Reveals that Denmark released a draft Statutory Order covering certain greenhouse gases proposing to phase out HFCs, for public consultation on 19 April 2002. Explains how the new Order bans new refrigeration systems, heat pumps and air conditioning systems containing more than 10 kg of HFCs from I January 2007. The new legislation also now includes a wider list of applications that are exempted.
