Dehumidification performance of HVAC systems

Uses basic psychrometric analyses to discuss the dehumidification performance of various cold-coil HVAC systems in non-residential comfort cooling applications - particularly at part load conditions. Deals with the performance and operation of constant volume systems and variable air volume systems and discusses enhancements to them both. Points out that the correct choice for a given project depends on the climate, building use, available budget and operating cost goals.
