Preventing mold by keeping new construction dry

Summary

States that to most people mouldy odours suggest HVAC problems but while air systems may spread fungal odours the HVAC system in new buildings is seldom responsible for generating them.  In new construction, mould infestations usually are caused by moisture in building materials.  Discusses problems relating to mould and construction drying equipment.  Also outlines what the HVAC designer can do to reduce the risk of mould and its impacts.
