States that medical and industrial applications sometimes require 100% outdoor air units. States that because of the large quantities of air that needs to be conditioned these units can consume a great deal of energy. Analyses what effect outdoor dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperature will have on energy consumption using such an approach.
