Repairing damaged timber beams

Until now the way to fix a damaged timber beam in buildings was to tear it out and replace it. The Timber Resin Splice from Timber Repair Systems now offers the option of repairing the beam.

The environmentally friendly system offers a new piece of treated timber, manufactured to the same size as the original, supplied as a complete kit with connection bars or slots pre-fitted, together with the resins and instructions for fitting. The system allows for economical replacement of rotting, split or insect damaged timber with low disturbance. Minimal resin use makes the TR System very cost effective and environmentally friendly.
