Integer Brings Sustainability to Social Housing

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and lead contractor Wates Construction have built 15 social housing units using the innovative Integer construction route. The £850,000 housing development on the Lyng Estate in West Bromwich proves that it is possible to provide functional, sustainable and energy-efficient dwellings to a tight schedule and within a social housing budget. The thoroughly modern design is proving popular with tenants, who now enjoy higher living standards and lower running costs for their homes.
