New York's architecture has captured the world’s imagination for years and, in the wake of the World Trade Center tragedy, there has been a powerful surge of interest in rebuilding and celebrating New York’s architectural heritage.
In over 350 pages and nearly 400 photographs, this superbly illustrated volume presents and analyses the top fifty buildings and interiors from the last decade, among them projects by a Who’s Who of famous architects, including Rem Koolhaas, Gwathmey Siegel, Richard Rogers, Norman Foster, Frank Gehry and Philippe Starck.
