Ceramic tile versus competitive products; winning greater market share


Constructive ideas that relate to how ceramic tile manufacturers, importers and retailers might secure greater market share for ceramic tile for flooring and wall cladding  are proposed.  Some of the relative strengths and weaknesses  of the prime competitive products, namely, carpet, resilient  flooring (vinyl, linoleum, cork and rubber), timber, laminate flooring, dimension stone and engineered stone, versus those of ceramic tile are addressed.
