Constructech Magazine Honors BuilderMT

BuilderMT, North America’s best-selling construction workflow software solution provider, today announced that it has won two more top technology awards. Constructech magazine recognized BuilderMT in two categories as an enabling technology at its 2010 Vision Awards ceremony.

The Constructech Vision Awards honor companies that have realized the advantages of applying innovative technologies to their everyday businesses, as well as the technology enablers that have helped them achieve their goal, according to Constructech.

BuilderMT won a Gold Award in the “Builder/GC Residential $26 million to $100 million,” as a technology enabler for Essex Homes Southeast. And BuilderMT also won a Gold Award in the “Builder/GC Residential $6 million to $25 million” category as a technology enabler for Vintage Homes. Just to illustrate the magnitude of the savings that Gold Award winners demonstrated, here is an excerpt from Vintage Homes Vision Award application: Upon implementing BuilderMT’s Bid Management technology, Vintage Homes saved $2,400 per bid, for every supplier or trade, including labor trades. Given that Vintage Homes started 11 communities on 2009-2010, and offered 24 models, the actual dollar savings were stratospheric.

“A record-setting string of technology awards is really a testament to our customers’ drive for excellence in their operations, and to the entire BuilderMT family, which provides such great products and services. We’re honored,” said BuilderMT’s president Tom Gebes.
