Lennar to Bring Multi-Generational Living Concept to Las Vegas

Lennar, a builder of quality homes for all generations, is bringing its new revolutionary concept this weekend to Las Vegas.

The company is bringing a new trend in the housing industry to Madison Grove in Providence and this multi-generational living concept will be coming soon to many communities of Lennar across the valley.

Lennar will be the first homebuilder to introduce this “never before seen” concept to Las Vegas. This new trend of multi-generational living has inspired Lennar to design a home that favors large families to live together in a single home with individual living spaces. Lennar, after carrying out much research and witnessing a growing interest for this kind of living condition, has decided upon to create a unique floorplan that can house various living arrangements and at the same time provide great use of square footage, space and privacy.

The economy has effectively contributed to this type of living. Many college-age children as well as aging parents are finding it necessary to live in one home. Living together is an option for many because it helps share mortgage and reduce expenses. Jeremy Parness, Lennar Las Vegas Division President, said that the Next Gen - The Home within a Home is basically two homes with single payment and it makes living together comfortable, affordable and flexible to individual needs.

In this new floorplan, the private suite division on the first floor comprises a separate entrance, kitchenette with gourmet equipment and stainless steel sink, full bath, private bedroom, one-bay garage, living space, and an outdoor living space along with barbeque stub. A 42” maple cabinetry as well an as upper crown molding is also included in the plan. This unique floorplan is added to the main home and it remains as a separate space but it can be directly accessed from the main door.
