Springs Window Fashions, LLC (Springs) is very pleased to announce it has completed its acquisition of the assets of Horizons Window Fashions (Horizons), including their Waukegan and Gurnee, IL operations.
The Horizons management team and their go-to-market strategies will remain intact as we work together to build both businesses. Bill O'Connor, President of Horizons, will report directly to Scott Fawcett, President and CEO of Springs. We fully intend to leverage the experience and expertise of both companies, and share best practices on products, business processes, operations and most importantly, our commitments to our customers.
Horizons is a unique and highly regarded manufacturer and marketer of custom natural shades, solar / roller shades and soft window treatments. Horizons' history dates back to 1891, and similar to Springs', has been evolving and adapting to the changing needs of their customers and the industry.
