Shea Homes is excited to announce a community grand opening celebration on Oct. 4-5 at its new Trilogy at Lake Frederick active lifestyle community.
Guests will be the first to tour the community's two models — appropriately named the Nice and the Refresh — and experience what Shea Homes calls The Good Life. It's resort-style living created specifically for the low-maintenance, high-excitement life that Baby Boomers are seeking.

They'll have the opportunity to tour the fitness center and view renderings of the Shenandoah Club and its world-class amenity offerings, scheduled to open in Summer 2015.
Guests will also be invited to tour the new Nice and Refresh models. Each new home available at Trilogy at Lake Frederick offers luxurious, main-level living and unique features ranging from a covered veranda with a fireplace to an impressive wall of glass that allows homeowners to open up their space and truly appreciate the natural beauty of the Shenandoah Valley.
