After seven years as a Swisstrax modular flooring reseller, Swisstrax and Flexico announce the signing of a Swisstrax licensing agreement. Based in Perth, Western Australia, Flexico has been integral to the sales and market development of Swisstrax flooring in the country.
Flexico General Manager Kelly Newbon continues to offer premium storage and flooring solutions to Australians. “Nothing is as strong and durable as Swisstrax or with the warranty that the company stands by,” says Newbon. Developing the market Down Under has been a quest that started with Swisstrax CEO and President Randy Nelson over 15 years ago. Today, he has the pleasure of watching the market grow and gain momentum.
Newbon enjoys working with Nelson as she says, “It’s nice to be able to ask the guy who has gone through it all. He is a wealth of knowledge that I draw on constantly.”
Working directly with Australians, Newbon reports that Swisstrax flooring always exceeds her customers’ expectations. As word continues to spread, she is confident that the country will be floored from west to east coast.
Nelson continues to pursue opportunities that enhance Swisstrax’s global presence and availability. Looking at future plans, he says, “We have already tied up license deals in other countries and now we are focusing on Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, South America and Europe.
