Elphinstone Nominated for Scottish Property Awards

Elphinstone are delighted to be among the finalists nominated in Cannes on Thursday 10th March 2005 for "Property Week's" Scottish Property Awards. The Scottish Property Awards aim to recognise the professionalism, individuality and flair of the property industry in Scotland.

Elphinstone Chief Executive Mr Ken Ross is one of the 4 finalists nominated for Scottish Property Personality of the Year, and Elphinstone has been nominated for the Scottish Property Developer of the Year Award. The categories will be judged by the Scottish Property Academy a group of 60 senior individuals from the Scottish property industry who nominate the projects, companies and people they believe most deserve the accolades.

Fourteen awards will be presented at the Scottish Property Awards ceremony to be held on 9th June 2005 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
