Rugby Fast Set Buys Builders Time

Rugby Cement has extended its packed product cement range with the introduction of Rugby Fast Set. A blend of cement and admixtures, it is suitable for repair and maintenance where fast setting and hardening properties are important.

Typical uses for Rugby Fast Set include laying concrete drives, paths and steps; setting manholes; fixing fence posts, railings and copings; repairing and rendering floor screeds; and installation of signs and poles. Or simply where time is of the essence.

Rugby Fast Set’s special formulation ensures a usable surface within a working day, by setting within one hour, taking foot traffic in 4-6 hours and vehicular traffic within 12 hours. The product itself is available in convenient 25kg paper sacks, and is delivered as shrink-hooded, 1.4 tonne modules on non-chargeable pallets.

Director / General Manager, Peter Litchfield, comments, “We know the Rugby name brings the reassurance of quality to our customers. In the packed product cement range, we have a really strong, broad offering and Rugby Fast Set will bring a new time saving dimension to our offer.”

Rugby Fast Set is currently available. For further information, call the Customer Services Team on +44 0808 145 1900 or visit the website at www.rmc.co.uk.
