KBR to Supply Engineering, Design and Constriction Services for Dingley Arterial Road Project
KBR declared that it has been chosen to offer an elaborate engineering design services for the completion of the Dingley Arterial Road Project. The six-lane two carriageway project is to be located in Victoria, Australia.
KBR will supply the needed civil and structural design, which also includes some level of construction for the current VicRoads project. The proposed construction of Dingley Arterial will accomplish a major road network connectivity linking Westall Road and the Dandenong Bypass and make it a part of a direct road from Springvale to Dandenong South measuring around 11 km. The road construction project is aimed at achieving well-organized transport connectivity to a developing industrial hub located at Keysborough and also to offer uncrowded and safer road travel facility for the people working and living in southeast part of Melbourne.
According to Colin Elliott, who leads KBR Infrastructure and Minerals as President, the current road contract award will get added to the company’s existing portfolio of road projects in Australia and the company will continue to maintain its good rapport with Vicroads. He added that the latest project while improving the work portfolio of the company also depicts the growing road sector experience of the company.
