HKR Architects Receives New International Contracts; Restructures UK Business

HKR Architects (HKR), a leading international architecture and design practice, announces that it has recently won a number of international contracts.

This is the result of a successful strategy of geographic diversification and refocusing HKR’s business on large-scale international architecture and design projects. HKR has been awarded contracts to design a new airport in the Middle East and a large resort in Slovenia.

HKR is successfully building a best-of-breed international architecture and design practice, providing clients with the depth and breadth of expertise they require and design solutions which meet and exceed their expectations. As part of this process, and to better serve a growing UK and international client base, HKR is re-structuring its UK business. HKR is expanding its London office but will close its regional office in Manchester.

The former Directors of HKR Manchester will form a new practice, 5Plus Architects, but will continue to work collaboratively with HKR on projects which would benefit from HKR’s experience and project expertise.
