Larson Electronics Introduces Stainless Steel LED Lights
Larson Electronics has declared the inclusion of a 48 watt Class 1 Division 2 stainless steel LED light for use in wild and risky locations.

The HALSS-48-2L-LED model lamp measures 4 feet in length, incorporates 2 lamp LED hazardous location light inside a stainless steel housing with acrylic lens. It is also offered with an optional glass lens. The light is offered with standard surface mount brackets. The lights work on 120/277 AC volt and connected to power utilizing a ¾” NPT. Optional 12/24 VDC low voltage models are also available.
The Class 1 Division 2 LED lights are resistive to corrosion and can function all the 24 hours of a day for a period of over five years in weather conditions ranging from -40° C to 85° C. The LED bulbs offered with a life span of around 50,000 hours can be changed easily for uninterrupted operation of another five years. The LED lamps can be changed for any number of times while continuing with the same LED light fixture for ever.
Larson Electronics manufactures a broad range of burst proofed LED lights for use in hazardous locations. The range of products supplied by them include easy to carry hand-held Class 1 Division 1 LED drop lights and surface mount LED lights. The lights are meant for use in military, industrial, commercial and hazardous locations and restricted places.
