The 21st Expo Build China is scheduled to be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 1 to 3 April 2013. Expo Build China, considered as China’s biggest building industry exhibition, displays the latest and best building products and interior designs of the region and the world, with over 400 distributors and 60,000 visitors congregating to Shanghai during spring each year.
Expo Build China has made a name for itself after being active in the construction industry for over 20 years, and exhibits the latest and most creative building materials and market trends and provides opportunities for persons in the industry to share thoughts and make new and useful connections. The Expo connects the construction sector personnel with hotel supplies, lighting fixtures, furniture, high-tech water purification equipment, facilities to set up stalls, besides many other amenities in an area of 400,000 sqm , offering one-stop destinations to varied hospitality and construction sector participants.
During 2013, Expo Build China organisers (Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo International) along with Shanghai Interior Decoration Trade Association have arranged for the Shanghai Interior Design Festival 2013, wherein varied design forums, awards ceremonies, and design trend introductions will be conducted under the eye of the Shanghai Municipal Government. The objective is to welcome a new trend of interior design and promote the latest in the field in Shanghai. Also, all attempts will be made to catapult Expo Build China in the international arena. UBM will take it to new Asian markets. Green building technology and materials will also be a part of Expo Build China.
