Innovative Glasswork From Axolotl Ozone

Axolotl Metal and Ozone Glass Design, both pioneers in their field, joined forces in September to create a new division, Axolotl Ozone.

Axolotl Ozone will offer everything in architectural glass, including formed and textured, deep carved, etched, heavy weight, sandblasted, colour backed and the new ‘Lustre’ range. Axolotl’s acquisition of Ozone in Australia, heralds a new chapter in its ten years of operating at the forefront of innovative Australian design.

John Clapin will work on local sales and national distribution. Warwick Kingston will remain as operations manager, Rob McQueen as production manager and Nathan Kingston as Sales Executive.

Axolotl continues to lead the market in semi precious metal application.

Now with the addition of architectural glass and unique external façade systems, virtually no creative dream is beyond our capabilities. Axolotl Ozone is located with Axolotl Metal in Matraville, an easy 15 minutes from the city centre. The new phone number for Axolotl Ozone is 02 9666 1207 and fax number 02 9666 1210.

Other exciting news is the launch of the new Axolotl door leaf ‘Vanguard’. Manufactured using specialised composites, the door is stronger and more durable than solid core doors and can be routered or machined without compromising the integrity of the door. To cater to the growing demand for the dramatic impact of oversized doors, Vanguard comes in sizes up to 1200 x 2850mm, and naturally, can be bonded with any of Axolotl’s metals and effects.
