Re-Inventing the Windows

The existing windows in the Coca-Cola^® Building were double glazed.

To improve the solar gain value (g-value) Umisol^® installed her coated IR film on the 510 windows for a total of 1.660m² for the price of 99.576 €.

This glazing retrofit creates a profit of 14 €/m²/year.

For the insulation of the head office in South-Amsterdam ABN AMRO BANK installed around 12,000m² Umisol^® films.

Other retrofit projects include the Department of Environment and Kyoto of the European Commission and the European Parliament Building.
