As a result, they have filled a much-needed niche in the industry.
"We serve as the estimating department, expanding estimating capabilities for contractors," Ron Soltis, founder and president of Plumbing Enlightenment, Inc. explained. "They don't need to hire additional estimators; we do the estimating for them."
Estimates are an integral part of the bidding process and contractors must make accurate bids that are more than "guesstimates" to ensure consistent profit, survival and success.

As Chief Estimator, Paul Sergovic brings Plumbing Enlightenment, Inc. more than 23 years of experience in the plumbing contracting industry. He worked his way up from a Plumbing Draftsman to an Operations Manager for a multi-million dollar mechanical contractor; he has successfully estimated and managed plumbing projects from residential housing, schools and hotels to airports, military buildings, and maximum security prisons.
