The UK’s ugliest building to be torn down

The BBC is reporting that a building named in 2001 as the ugliest building in the UK is to be demolished. The Tricorn Centre in Portsmouth was not able to meet the criteria to be added to the national statutory list. The 1960s concrete eyesore will make way for a new shopping complex.
