Introducing Makita's New 15 Gauge (DA) 2-1/2" Finish Nailer

Makita USA, Inc., manufacturer of professional quality power tools and accessories, is proud to announce the release of its new 15 Gauge (DA) 2-1/2” Finish Nailer, model AF633.

This new finish nailer is an addition to Makita’s current pneumatic nailer line and is a replica version of model AF632, with the exception that model AF633 accepts the popular 15 gauge DA style finish nails (also known as Senco style); while model AF632 accepts 15 gauge Bostitch finish nails.

Delivering professional quality and precision, the AF633 comes equipped with a lightweight, rear-loading angled aluminum magazine with a capacity of 120 nails. Driving nails from 1-1/4” to 2-1/2”, the AF633 is ideal for moldings and baseboards, cabinet production, door and window casings, paneling, hardwood flooring, and a multitude of other applications.

The new AF633’s large depth adjustment dial is located in front of the trigger and is easily-accessible, allowing the user to adjust the driving depth with ease and accuracy. An additional user-friendly feature of this new finish nailer is the fast, tool-less cam-locking nose piece that opens easily in the event of a jammed nail. The multi-dimensional exhaust vents at the rear of the tool housing rotates 360° allowing the operator to control the exhaust flow when firing the tool with the turn of a dial.

The AF633 has a rugged die-cast housing and rubber bumper for added durability as well as a non-marring rubber tip to protect the surface of the work piece. An ergonomically designed rubberized grip for maximum control and comfort, as well as minimal recoil allows for longer continuous use with less operator fatigue.
