AERIX Roof Ventilation System Honored by JLC

bpENNOVATIONS, an innovator of new pioneering products which address new design concepts as well as past construction challenges, was thrilled and honored to learn that the Aerix™ Roof Ventilation System was recently named by JOURNAL OF LIGHT CONSTRUCTION on their annual list of Innovative Products in the July, 2010 issue. Each year, JOURNAL OF LIGHT CONSTRUCTION (JLC) names a collection of problem-solving tools and materials, an annual list that helps to spread the word on innovative and revolutionary building products.

Kirk Moore, CEO of bpEnnovations, said that his company was thrilled to learn of the Aerix Roof Ventilation System’s inclusion on JLC’s Innovative Products 2010 list. “One of the greatest challenges any new company and product faces is getting the word out. To be recognized by an established industry leader such as JLC is an honor and confirms what we’ve always believed—that the Aerix Roof Ventilation System will set new standards in roof ventilation.”

Within the article, JOURNAL OF LIGHT CONSTRUCTION writer Dave Holbrook notes that Aerix is installed “from the top down before the roof sheathing goes on” and goes on to say that the components of the system “effectively block wind-washing at the eaves and conduct venting air past attic insulation.” Holbrook also notes that the Aerix Roof Ventilation System “is compatible with all insulation types and is available for both 16 and 24-inch framing centers”.
